WHO WE ARE
Ski Cuisine is a private chalet company, based exclusively in the beautiful resort of Meribel, France. We operate four chalets all chosen for their individual character and style, they vary in size and can accommodate between 8-10 guests. Our chalets are in prime locations in Meribel centre, with quick access to the piste, most offering ski in, ski out positions.
At Ski Cuisine our concept is simple - High Quality and Personal Service. Being a small company means that we really care if our guests enjoy their holiday with us and experience tells us that having a manageable amount of chalets, staff and guests is the key to running a successful chalet company.

WHO WE NEED
If there is one thing that sets us apart from other chalet operators, it has to be our staff. We select our team based on their individual professional, friendly and enthusiastic natures. We have a great reputation and many of our guests are regulars who love to return to Ski Cuisine each season, thanks to our great team of staff.
We place great emphasis on the quality of all our staff and the high level of personal service that our guests can expect. Each Meribel chalet is run by a team of two, chosen for their natural ability to make guests feel welcome and relaxed from the moment they arrive. Our chalet staff are supported by our experienced Managers who are based in resort and whom are on hand to assist in the smooth running of our chalets, provide support throughout the season and to ensure that our high standards are maintained.
Ski Cuisine Chefs are chosen for their culinary flair and their enthusiasm to create and serve delicious dishes. As our name suggests the food & wine served in our chalets is as delicious as you could expect in any really good restaurant. We are one of the few companies who give our chefs the freedom to create their own menus, working within our generous budget.
Each Chef is supported by a Chalet Host, who will ensure our guests feel relaxed throughout their stay. They also take care of housekeeping duties, serving at meals and general chalet & hosting duties.
Our Flexi-Host will provide cover in the event of illness or injury so an ability to prepare and serve high quality meals and hosting guests is a requirement. They are also responsible for overseeing our self catered Chalet Veronica and resort operational duties This is a diverse role and there is plenty of involvement with guests and the chalet teams.
