SKI CUISINE IS A PRIVATE CHALET COMPANY, BASED EXCLUSIVELY IN MERIBEL.
We operate six chalets, all chosen for their individual alpine style and outstanding locations in the beautiful resort of Meribel. At Ski Cuisine our concept is simple - we offer our guests a chalet holiday where friendly staff and the very best personal service go hand in hand. We really care if our guests enjoy their holiday with us and experience tells us that having a manageable amount of chalets, staff and guests is the key to both our staff having a fantastic season and our guests going home fully satisfied. If there is one thing that sets us apart from other chalet operators, it has to be our staff. We hand pick our team based on their professional, friendly and enthusiastic personalities.
Most importantly we strive to recruit staff that have a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and relaxed from the moment they arrive at our chalets. Previous experience working in catering and hospitality is a must and we are looking for staff that have the right skills to complement their 'can do' attitude. Putting the needs of the guests first is a priority and having a flexible approach to the guests individual requirements ensures our guests enjoy superb service throughout their stay. Our chefs are chosen for their culinary flair and their enthusiasm to cook and serve delicious dishes. As our name suggests the food & wine served in our chalets is as good as you could expect in any top notch restaurant. Each chef is supported by a chalet host, who will ensure our guests feel relaxed throughout their stay and take care of housekeeping duties, serving drinks and meals, general chalet duties and hosting the guests. Our flexi-hosts support the chalet teams ensuring that the staff and guests have all that is required to enable the chalets to run smoothly and this involves deliveries of chalet provisions, some driving duties and general chalet hosting so there is plenty of interaction with the guests and chalet staff. Our chalet teams are supported by our Resort Managers who have many years experience of working in Meribel with Ski Cuisine so are on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests and staff.
