Booking guide

We handle every booking directly from our UK office, ensuring clear communication and personal service. From your first enquiry to your chalet check-in, we’ll guide you through each step so nothing is overlooked.
Step 1 – Choose your chalet and dates
Browse our four chalets in Méribel, each with its own character and location. Our booking team will be happy to advise on which chalet will match your requirements, you can put a chalet 'on hold' for 48 hours by contacting us directly. Once you are ready to confirm your booking then proceed to booking online by completing the booking form.
Step 2 – Secure your booking
Confirm your chalet booking with a deposit which can be paid online with our secure credit card payment facility, the balance will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Once the balance is paid we will send detailed chalet information, including how to pre book lift passes, equipment hire, lessons and airport transfers, so you can prepare for your trip and our Resort Manager will be in touch prior to your arrival to discuss all the final details for your stay.
