Our menus
Food is one of our main priorities - we know how important a delicious meal is, especially after an energetic day. Our chefs use fresh local produce in their delicately prepared menus which our chalet hosts will present with specially selected wines and accompanying drinks.
Your day starts with a welcome cup of tea or coffee served in the comfort of your room. To set you up for a day on the ski slopes a generous breakfast is served including a hot dish which varies daily. Afternoon tea will be waiting for you when you return from your day out on the slopes and you can look forward to a delicious freshly baked cake or biscuits. Pre dinner aperitifs can be enjoyed in front of the roaring log fire accompanied by a choice of tempting canapes. This is followed by a delicious four course dinner, served with our selected dinner wines.
Our daily menus vary, but our overview of daily service, sample menus and sample children's menu will give you an idea of what you will experience in one of our fully catered chalets. If you or any group member has special dietary requirements, just let us know in advance and we will cater for these.
Our staff
We select our staff carefully in order to provide a high level of professionalism, local knowledge and friendliness. They will provide a housekeeping and hosting service and they'll help you prepare for any special celebration. They'll put your champagne on ice, bake a cake or even arrange a birthday tea party for the children. We want you to feel welcome and enjoy your chalet ski holiday as much as possible.
Other services
You can rely on our resort managers to provide you with any information before or during your stay. They can recommend or book restaurants on your behalf, point you in the direction of qualified masseurs and can book a variety of apres ski activities, leaving you to make the most of your stay in Meribel. In addition, Meribel & Three Valleys lift passes and ski equipment can be booked in advance of your stay and will be delivered to your chalet. If you have booked ski school we can arrange for a member of their team to visit you on arrival to confirm the final details.
